1. The Service

TRIVI.GG is a free, browser-based collection of geography, science and pop-culture quizzes. We may add, change or remove features at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You may use the Service without an account. If you create one, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to disrupt the Service; (b) submit false, offensive or unlawful content through usernames, contact messages or leaderboards; (c) cheat, automate gameplay, or otherwise manipulate scores or rankings; (d) use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, original quiz content and branding are owned by TRIVI.GG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for non-commercial enjoyment. Third-party trademarks, names and assets that appear in quizzes (for example country flags, chemical symbols or fictional characters) belong to their respective owners and are used for educational and informational purposes.

5. User Submissions

Anything you send us through the contact form (suggestions, bug reports, feedback) may be used by us without obligation or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without consent.

6. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or for products or services offered by advertisers. Use of advertising cookies is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Quiz content is intended for entertainment and educational use and may contain errors or simplifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIVI.GG and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Service is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
