Kenya has two big cities, Nairobi and Mombasa. After Nakuru, every city on the list has fewer than 500,000 people, and three of them are suburbs of Nairobi.

Each city is a red dot on the map from the start. The dots show where the cities are, not which one is which.
A numbered list on the left shows the ranks 1 to 10. Type the city names in any order.

A correct name turns the dot and its rank green and shows the name and the population.
Local names, old names and English names count. Accents are not required.
A timer tracks your run. The quiz saves your best score and best time.

Ruiru and Kikuyu are separate towns in the census but sit inside the Nairobi urban region.
Good to know
Nairobi started in 1899 as a railway depot on the line from Mombasa to Uganda.
Kisumu is on Lake Victoria, the third city of Kenya and its main port on the lake.
Eldoret sits at about 2,100 metres and is the home town of many Kenyan long-distance runners.
